1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using New Era Raffle (the "Platform"), operated by New Era Raffle LLC (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the Platform's Official Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of an eligible U.S. state to participate. Residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are excluded unless applicable state registration requirements have been completed by the Sponsor. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible.
3. Account
Authentication is via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account. You may not use another person's account or share yours. One person, one account.
4. Sweepstakes Structure
Each sweepstakes offered on the Platform has its own entry fee, prize pool, and time window. You may enter by (a) purchasing a paid ticket via Stripe or (b) submitting one free alternate method of entry (AMOE) per sweepstakes. Paid and free entries have equal odds of winning. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel any paid entry and receive a refund at any time before the sweepstakes drawing occurs. Refunds are processed via Stripe within 5–10 business days. No refunds after a drawing.
6. Prizes & Taxes
Prizes are as advertised on each sweepstakes' detail page. Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. U.S. winners of prizes valued at $600 or more must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099-MISC by January 31 of the following year.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) use bots, scripts, or automated means to enter; (b) create multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits; (c) attempt to interfere with drawing procedures; (d) violate any law or regulation. Violation results in disqualification and account termination.
8. Third-Party Platforms
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, Stripe, or any other third party.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in entry fees in the 30 days preceding any claim.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Governing law: the State of California. Venue for any non-arbitrable matter shall lie in Orange County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require re-acceptance. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
