1. Information We Collect

When you sign in via Google or with email + password, we receive your name, email address, and (for Google) profile picture. When you make an entry, we record: your entries, ticket numbers, payment session identifiers (never your card details — these stay with Stripe), acceptance of Official Rules, age confirmation, and state of residence.

2. How We Use It

Your information is used to: (a) operate the sweepstakes and select winners; (b) notify winners; (c) process refunds; (d) comply with tax reporting (1099-MISC); (e) prevent fraud and abuse; (f) improve the platform through anonymized analytics.

3. Payment Data

Card and payment information is collected and processed by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. We never see or store full card numbers. We only receive a payment-session ID and payment status.

4. Analytics & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel to understand traffic sources and improve marketing. These services use cookies and may share anonymized data with the respective providers. You can opt out via browser settings or ad-preferences pages on each platform.

5. Data Retention

Entry records and winner records are retained for four (4) years to comply with IRS record-keeping requirements. Analytics data is retained per each provider's default retention policy.

6. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Authentication sessions use httpOnly, secure cookies. Payment processing is PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe. Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the Sponsor. Where required by law, we will honor these requests within 30 days. Deletion of tax-relevant records may be delayed until IRS retention requirements are met.

8. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) Stripe (payments); (b) Google (authentication + analytics); (c) Resend (email delivery); (d) Meta and TikTok (advertising pixels); (e) tax authorities as required by law.

9. Children

The Platform is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn a minor has provided information, we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be announced on the site.
